I have tried to work with Lloyds clinical and my local hospital to arrange my prescription so I can receive my medication due tomorrow This has been ongoing for a month Lloyds patients service team need an urgent skills upgrade on customer service They do nothing to sort out this now urgent issue I was told today they are just a delivery service I feel this leaves the patient out of the equation except I am very much there stuck in the middle worried they are jeopardising my health because of there can t be bothered attitude I was not able to speak to a manager no reason given I encouraged to complain Unfortunately time is running out to submit a complaint before Christmas so I m not hopeful of getting medication anytime soon

Update at 12 30pm 13 12 24Actually had communication off you after emails and phone calls back n forth from my hospital and been told my delivery will be Monday I won t hold my breath as previous deliveries I ve been told dates of delivery then computer or human error has happened and I m back to square one ringing again to find out who or what s to blame this time I will keep posting publicly until I get no issues for a full 6 months It s never happened yet for over 6 years but I guess miracles can happen The reason for going public on here is I ve finally lost my patience due to lack of communication phone and email and being told the same constant apology by email and phone like a written prepared speech that you don t mean or adhere to and never being allowed to speak to a manager

Shocking service
Since the rebrand the focus definitely feels like its profit over patient wellbeing 2 missed deliveries one of which apparently wasn t loaded on to the van so they just didn t turn up or contact me this resulted in me running out of my medication I was able to speak to a very helpful lady called Tammy who tried her best to help and I eventually got a delivery Not looking forward to having to go through this again in a few months

Has to be the worst service 31 Dec Glasgow couldn t deliver Was travelling south so rearranged delivery for supposed to be Monday 6th but couldn t accommodate until Tuesday 7th no delivery no call rearranged for 8th no delivery no call re arranged for 9th no delivery no call reap arranged for 10th by this time no patience no delivery no call but claim to have attempted delivery which is quite simple lies I have 5 workmen in garden at roadside NO delivery drivers have stopped or attempted delivery Have needed this medication as explained Wednesday 8th at very latest Patient health seems not to be a priority and in fact the lack of care is putting people at risk Emergency delivery arranged guess what no delivery Absolutely appalling careless service Or lack thereof and should immediately have their contract terminated for NHS Update 10pm time inconsequential as delivery arrived Thank you Sue Stand by my review The service must demoralise the staff somewhat

I find myself apologing constantly to the drivers because I get so cross with the system this is because this company just send items had hoc They make it very difficult to contact them as a patient I would like this company to remember that the reasons they having to provide items is because we patients in poor health I understand that as a company you are dealing with a lot of customers to which I am one of those patient

They told me that they have left me a message on my phone for an injection date and time but this was not true I had to call to confirm the appointment Not efficient service so far I hope the service will improve in future

The call was 12 days premature and I had great difficulty making out what your rep was saying It was unclear what was being said and your rep did not have a clear voice for passing on information I had to have some words spelled out to know what was being talked about

Helpful lady but lacking in knowledge
UPDATE ON YESTERDAY WHEN I WAS GIVEN THE TOTALLY WRONG INFORMATION I GOT A TEXT FROM LLOYDS TODAY WITH A LINK TO A LETTER WHICH ADVISED THAT DELIVERY WOULD NOT HAPPEN DUE TO SUPPLY ISSUES THERE ARE WIDER ISSUES AND I HAVE BEEN LEFT IN LIMBO VERY BADLY HANDLED L W Today s experience was very good and up until recently the service as always been good Today s lady was helpful and resolved my problem Unfortunately the last 2 weeks have not been good Lloyds arranged a delivery and then cancelled it Then I got a text message to say it was happening I rang and was told it would be cancelled as the medication was not available and it wasn t feasible to deliver the other items Next day I got a call from a delivery driver as he was trying to deliver wipes and needles even though I was told it had been cancelled I rang again and spoke to a man who just did not know what to do He ended the call by telling me I would receive a call the next day That call did not happen I rang today and thankfully git a very helpful lady

I previously worked here and in all honesty the way the managers treat their employees is shocking The workplace is very unprofessional and you are constantly stepping on egg shells They are gonna end up with no staff if they carry on like that
