I had a pleasant experience this afternoon when I called to confirm my scheduled medication delivery The call handler Jade was very efficient and confirmed my scheduled delivery Jade also explained why I had received text messages to book my delivery despite booking the delivery two weeks ago via phone I did not need to wait long to speak to someone The service has updated their calling options which makes the entire process much quicker for me

I had to call Lloyds Clinical as I had foolishly forgotten that my delivery was due today The Advisor I spoke to was absolutely fantastic so empathic and kind She rearranged the delivery for me and made sure that I was happy with that then asked if there was anything else I needed She then asked me if I was interested in the patient portal which I said an immediate yes to and explained how it works All in all a wonderful experience which has left me 100 reassured and content Well done Lloyds Clinical for hiring such a lovely lady

These people have been phoning me for some years arranging dates for my injection deliveries They are always polite friendly if you have questions they listen nothing is ever too much for them If I m not in then they leave a message or try my mobile no problem I will call back and get a delivery date straight away Very happy with the service I receive
