Medication deliveries

I have had deliveries of my medication since October 2024 from Lloyds Clinical the service has always been efficient helpful 2 phone calls this week both times the ladies on the phone have listened been v helpful regarding the change of delivery date I had requested Thank you

Great customer service

I spoke to Sharon today and she was absolutely fantastic Her customer service skills are second to none She showed empathy and understanding of my situation and really made me feel like a person and not just a patient waiting for medication Thank you Sharon

Delayed prescription

I recently had to call Clinical Homecare regarding my sons prescription which was due to run out After several phone calls I was fortunate to speak to Danielle who managed to sort the problem in less than 3 hours Wonderful customer service prescription would be delivered the next working day Couldn t fault thank you

Lady who called was polite patient and helpful I didn t feel rushed when led through security and personal questions She was willing to explain and answer my questions Choice of dates offered for first delivery was useful Difficult to remember all she said and an email summary of standard info could help Mike Hewins

Ongoing Service

Lloyds deliver an injection every 12 weeks for my psoriasis- they are alway polite and helpful when they call to arrange a delivery and can meet my requirements for the day I need it delivered Very happy with the service

Coral

Coral the clinical nurse from Lloyds clinical came to see me my original appointment was cancelled due to the storm last week my appointment was rescheduled quickly which put my mind at ease Coral was lovely and made the experience a little less scary She had great knowledge of the product and answered all my questions She showed me how to administer the injections to myself and then let me practice before doing it my self I definitely feel confident doing this myself now
