I was dubious about 4mg lozenges as I usually use 2mg but these last quite a long time if you don t chew them So the amount of nicotine is reasonable

Great alternative to tobacco products The gum lasts and helped me quit dipping Also there is no need to spit so you can use it discreetly The pouches were ok but I still felt the need to spit since the flavor can be a little overpowering All in all still cleaner than tobacco products imho
