It s tasty and it came fast However what s the point of removing aspartame if you re just gonna add sucralose and acesulfame k to it anyway I was under the impression this was sweetener free Because of the sorbitol Sickened am I to discover a week into using it that I m being poisoned Also not cool to list the UK customs value at 15 when you re charging me 40 Another dishonest NY company Surprise surprise Will be canceling my subscription and throwing the rest in the bin

Loved the old flavors

Loved the old flavors new ones lost flavor in only a few minutes and were a lot tougher less satisfying gum than the previous flavors

I wish shipping was more clear and easy It seems to usually get caught up at some point of USPS receiving the package in the beginning of shipment and this causes atleast a day or 2 delay

The product itself is fine the lozenges taste pretty good and do the job However the marketing is completely off I was advertised a sleek design a black bottle with edgy labeling and cool graphics What I got was a stark blue bottle that looks like a prescription of something

Good product poor delivery timeliness

I really like the product but the shipments always arrive 3-5 days later than anticipated It might not be Lucy s fault but they should look into changing their delivery service to ensure that packages arrive when people need them

Pouches are pretty good

Pouches are pretty good I like the you can get them in 12mg My only problem is every time I order there s at least one pouch that s torn open and the whole can is cover in the powder It s not a huge deal but it is a little annoying

Shipping Delays

Lately shipping has been extremely delayed Normally my order would go in on a Thursday and I would get my delivery by Saturday The past 3-4 orders it has taken a week to be delivered
