I ordered this product and it was never delivered There is no contact number so i emailed them numerous times with zero response The charge went through on my credit card So they just stole my money Beware

This company is not what they say they are Sure it might work for some but you re screwed if you have a different hair type that is too fine for their super heavy leave in NO RETURNS 50 down the drain Literally I should ve done my homework before ordering But good grief In this day and age customer service is key if you want HAPPY customers If I was able to return the product or get a refund this review would ve stayed off the internet They must not care So frustrating when you put your trust in a company that has several claims of being so great for your hair Unless you have hair that can stand thicker leave ins don t buy it

I wish I could give zero stars The first use of this product I noticed right away that there was a lot of tangles when combing after washing I added in the dressing and frizz was still there Made sure my hair was soaked added more product still frizzy few days later I did the whole process again same results I gave up but continued to use the shampoo and conditioner so I didn t waste 70 but my hair was becoming IMPOSSIBLE to comb out My hair had never been so matted and tangled in all my life I threw the shampoo and conditioner out because they don t accept returns or anythng It took 3 weeks to get my hair back to normal to where it was combable again I also now have breakage and am in need of a trim Very disappointed I am mixed malotto with 3B curls and have been searching almost my entire life for a straightening system that actually works I M STILL LOOKING

Don t bother asking about samples to test for allergies They want you to spend with no refunds available if they don t work for you The shipping fees are high too They will also block you if you dare to ask about samples on social media They have the worst customer service

Please don t believe the fake hype

Y all Lus conditioners are the absolute WORST products I have ever used Tried for the first time yesterday Hair felt okay after the shampoo but lemme tell ya the conditioner and deep treatment WRECKED my hair Conditioner left a waxy coating that I couldn t rinse out so I tried the DC after Nope My hair was so matted and tangled that it was impossible to comb even with the DC still in it I rinsed and immediately used a clarifying shampoo vinegar rinse and a different brand DC STILL UNABLE TO DETANGLE Tried clarifying vinegar again and another round of DC with heat It took me over two hours to comb through my tailbone length hair As soon as I got the snarls out of one section it would lock back up into new tangles It was so bad I thought I was going to have to cut several inches off my hair I didn t dare to try the 3-in-1 or the gel And then I find out that their 100 money back guarantee is complete BS If Lus was a US company I d be considering a class action lawsuit the products are that bad Curly girls stay far away from this company Try Curl Junkie Ecoslay The Curl Shoppe especially for my Canadian curly sisters or even Curlsmith Lus is trash

These products damaged my scalp

I had been looking at using Lus for a while and wanted to love it so badly but I m regretting that choice My scalp has always been healthy and after using their deep conditioner my scalp was red and itchy I stopped using all their products right away and now I have multiple red spots that are dry and flaky and it s been months since using their products These products damaged my scalp likely with their heavy use of perfumes and I m still fighting to get it healthy again Tried to leave a review on their site and discovered my account no longer exists and there is nowhere to add a review shady Don t trust this product with your hair

I fell into the trap of everyone else

I fell into the trap of everyone else it seems I bought the 3 part system as well as the deep conditioning treatment hoping it would make my curls defined and bouncy Instead my hair became dry and brittle after the first use I assumed it was user error so I tried again a couple more times on future wash days Each time my hair looked and felt worse and I felt the need to wash it more often because of how greasy my scalp had become I looked into getting a refund but it was open so they won t take it back Now I m out close to 70 and I had to go back to my box store hair products because at least my hair looks a little healthier again

Purchased this product and tried it ending with my hair becoming a straw pile contacted their customer service and they refereed me to videos asked where to return the product and their response was unopened returns only buyer beware NO RETURNS FOR BAD PRODUCT How do you know if you like it unless you try it
