I was nervous after placing my first order but the customer service communication with Ray Lau has been exceptional from day one I know there is about a 12 hour time difference between us and he ALWAYS responds within 24 hours I received my bag eight 8 days after purchase Additionally I was blown away by the quality and detailed handcrafting of the bag I am SO excited I have authentic LV purses and when compared side by side there is NO difference The LuxTime DFO handbag is stunning and I have already ordered two additional handbags ladies do not hesitate - you will be obsessed like I am

I m not going to lie I was sceptical But my experience with LuxTime was exceptional The item in question is a LV Neverful GM and I can hand on heart say the attention to detail is second to none No faults with the bag at all Delivery was v quick - ordered on a Friday night and received it exactly a week later to the UK despite being estimated 8-16 days Did pay via PayPal so should any issues have occurred I should have been able to get my money back but happy to say this wasn t required and will likely be ordering again Slight side note but I had a more positive experience with LuxTime and received better communication with Ray than I ever did when I ordered from Louboutin granted shoes vs bags but for a legit luxury company you would expect better
