John came to give me a quote for drive and patio very professional and friendly lots of experience and price was reasonable for the work he carried out Nothing was to much very helpful with everything John and his team left every day the site very clean and took all the rubbish with them as they promised Definitely will use and recommend them to anyone great finish

This the second job I have had completed by Lynch contractors I was blown away with the first job when finished but this job has been on a totally different level From day one the job has been kept clean and tidy every day the communication has been excellent every evening I was informed of the works for the next day I am delighted with the end result and would highly recommend this company to anyone Thank you John your a star

Just don t They go under many different company names one after another covering their tracks doing extremely shoddy work BE safe Don t even get a quote

Please don t trust John of Lynch Contractors Ltd He comes with a team knocks your door in conversation breaks your current driveway say we just need to check but they break it so much that you are kind of locked to get the works done then he gets you to sign a contract in a rush before you realize you are under contract With me he was to do both driveway and patio he took 80 money and did not come back to do the patio Also speaking to neighbors found out that he did their driveway in half price to mine Also they paid him after the works was done and with me he got half before driveway was done and rest while it was being done Patio he did not get done still

Untrustworthy

One of the vans hit my car and although there was evidence through photos they lied about paying and dragged out the process I would not trust them at all

Rogue Trader

We signed the contract with John and he said you can pay after the driveway is complete He told my husband that initially we will do some check and then after we start work once we both agree at a date He bought his team next morning and start digging Then he start asking for money everyday They are rogue traders He did my driveway but not up to a good standard he didn t took the rubbish and was suppose to make a flower bed and our fences I called him and text him no reply whatsoever Beware from them Don t pay them any money until you get a satisfactory result They didn t do any alignment and when asked he said driveway looks great Thank God we didn t got our back garden done from them

Absolutely horrendous experience of

Absolutely horrendous experience of being harassed for payments at no notice at all They even asked for payments 4 times in one day and until some sort of money was sent I continued to receive calls from John even at work It was unbelievable Johns tone changed as soon as the work started and he didn t keep to the original plan for the work as discussed prior to starting it He lied about the drop kerb and regulations about application for it I was unaware of all the legalities of the application process and he took complete advantage of it At one point he called straight after finishing the work for the day only to to ask for more money to pay his labourers and when I said I was not able to make another payment he wanted to know why and how much my limit for my bank account was- it was intimidating and awful Please DO NOT TRUST them They start the work without warning and break your walls dig up your old driveway under the pretence of checking but it s actually to trap you into giving them the job They completed the driveway at record speed but corners were cut and they did not leave the place clean Sand was dumped in our new flower beds with the promis that it was because they were returning to do the walks and beds when their bricklayer was available They did not return This is one the worst experience we have had
