Wouldn t recommend

I ordered an ornament on 12 5 It was an ultrasound ornament as we are due in January I still haven t received it and Christmas is here To pay 30 for a sweet memory and not get it in the time frame is disappointing And of course no refund or return policy There s no real number for customer service Overall I wouldn t recommend this company

Poor Shipping Method Used

I ordered on December 1 order promised on December 12 Today is December 18th at 9PM as of today all no order I paid 70 for 4 plastic ornaments it is unacceptable that I m still waiting on delivery People cannot enjoy them for Christmas because of poor shipping methods used Highly disappointed

Ordered a month before Christmas with promise of delivery before Shipment showed shipping label created but then never moved I emailed two times still well before Christmas and received email both times that I would receive a response in 2-3 bus days I never received those calls Then less than a week before Christmas I received an email that there was a shipping problem yeah they didn t ship it And that unfortunately it would arrive late They actually offered me a 20 discount off my next order for the inconvenience Seriously As if I would ever order from them again I emailed saying I think the appropriate resolution is to express ship me my presents in time for Christmas I had family traveling from out of town and I now had no gift for them Absolutely no response The package is supposed to arrive Dec 26 Useless at this point Worst experience ever

Late and bad quality

My ornament was lost in the mail and didn t arrive on time Customer service did agree to replace it When the replacement finally came the photos are so small and grainy despite providing beautiful high res images Not worth it

i placed an order on 12 13 2023 for a Personalized Custom Shaped Acrylic Photo Ornament and on 12 15 2023 i received an email saying that my shipment is on the way Today is 12 21 2023 and my order is on the same location that was on the 12 15 2023 and is not even an in a different state or country is in Jamaica Queens and i live in Brooklyn This is very annoying and frustrating Still say USPS awaiting item This is ridiculous when you guys charged 6 99 for shipping i am very very very disappointed

I ordered on 12 3 and it said it was produced by 12 6 and to wait 12-15 business days for shipping On 12 18 I finally got a shipping update saying it was in Nj By 12 19 I got a new notification that it was in Jamaica Queens Then shortly after I got an email saying it was lost in transit By that time it is too late to replace it Very frustrating experience and disappointing that I won t have these ornaments to give as presents

Terrible company

Terrible company would not recommend using them at all Ordered items for Christmas as it stated they would come on the 16th December They arrived on 27th which was too late I had to go out and buy alternative gifts for these people I am now 5 emails in trying to sort my refund and they are just stalling They now want to refund me just the shipping costs but I have explained the gift is no good to me coming 11 days after the stated date Never known such bad customer service in all my life

I would give no stars but couldn t My ornament came cracked I sent in pictures with a replacement ticket request After 3 days I received an email explaining that I should call my post office for the package I emailed explain again received no response sent in another ticket and still nothing

Tremendous Regret

Item was order in November with plenty of time to be shipped before Christmas Item was not delivered in time for Christmas It made stops in two neighboring states and is apparently several states away now and marked as being late I submitted a complaint only to be told it was on its way But to where I ordered two items from this company and tremendously regret it

Will never order from this company

Will never order from this company again Order was supposed to arrive before December 19th and it isn t here Got a shipping notice it wasn t actually shipped giving a usps tracking number claiming a label had been created and that it was PENDING shipment On December 24th they sent an email claiming that the item was lost in transit and offering 20 discount on a future purchase There will be no future purchases Just be honest and say that this stuff is coming from China and that you were never going to be able to deliver it before Christmas
