Good quality but did not receive the 2x that I paid for only 1x came

I ordered two ornaments and only received one I had ordered one for myself for my Christmas tree one which was for a present for my parents but that one did not arrive Super frustrating I had emailed customer service and they kept sending me back the same emails with no further explanation of why the 2nd ornament did not arrive The quality is great but im sorry the customer service is absolutely rubbish This is really disheartening especially because I had paid for two ornaments and 2nd did not arrive Felt like I ve just had my money taken and ran off with shocking

Disappointed the names image not centered

Disappointed the names and image were not centered better I testing my 2 orders came from such different locations One location threw 4 ornaments the string and ribbon into 1 small box mailer All jumbled together The other package was delivered with 2 ornament and ornaments have plastic packing between the ornaments and a separate plastic bag The difference was unbelievable

Final product was not like advertised

It seemed like a cute concept but the final product is not worth the money I spent It took 16 days from ordering to delivery and the shipping was ridiculously expensive The image is small on the cheap cloudy piece of acrylic It does not look like the image you see on line I will not be ordering from Macorner again

I absolutely loved the photo ornaments

I absolutely loved the photo ornaments I ordered My problem is that I did not receive my whole order I ordered a blanket as well and just learned that it was shipped delivered to a post office in another town nearby me and has now been returned back to Macorner I m praying they can correct this and re-ship my blanket as it is a Christmas gift If I receive it in time I am sure my 2 stars would be 5

2 Weeks with no update

2 stars because I have yet to receive the ornament I ordered I submitted my order on Nov 20 in hopes that I d get in time to hang up on the tree It s already been over a week and has yet to move from wherever it s located I m starting to think that maybe I ve been scammed and it s just a matter of time before my credit card starts being used elsewhere Submitted an email inquiry to Macorner via email and I have yet to receive any type of feedback I m my order arrived in a timely matter I wouldn t definitively given it a 5 star rating

I ordered qty 2 personalised blankets

I ordered qty 2 personalised blankets and uploaded 2 x individual photos I received my order but they were 2 x of the same photo which was not what I ordered These blankets are Christmas presents for my children who lost their grandad a few months ago I emailed Macorner 3 x working days ago and have still not received a reply

I was really disappointed to see product quality

I was really disappointed to see quality of printing the pictures are blurred and not even glued to the base it s consistent across all 4 products I received Wanted to use those as gifts but will not do it now as it s an embarrassment Really poor quality especially for this money

I was very disappointed in the look Some pictures were cut short so you can see all the way thru the ornament It didn t look like the picture shown I think the white on the back looks rough if you had shown that side too maybe it wouldn t have been such a surprise For the money disappointing

My order did not arrive to me

I liked my gift very much but even though I gave my address correctly and update it did not reach me and was sent back to the sender I m still waiting for my order

Photos for ornaments not cut out well or placed well

I ordered 3 ornaments each with pictures of a family member of 3 friends who lost a loved one I was not happy with the way that the pictures were cut out One picture had the man s chest totally cut in half He was wearing black so I understood that could have been the problem but if that were the case then something should ve popped up saying that the picture that I submitted wouldn t have worked It looks so weird and I cannot give that as a gift It looks like he only had half of a chest The other picture was cut out weird too some part of the background which was small should not have been included in the picture and there s a weird point on it The third photo was good which is why I gave 2 stars Also they send a super cheap ribbon that isn t even put on nicely you have to do it yourself All in all if I could go back in time I wouldn t have placed this order
