I loved the quality of your products This time I ordered 3 pillows with each having an uploaded picture of their face I ordered 3 I ONLY RECEIVED 1 I wrote to you four times snd never heard back I was very disappointed with customer service I ordered many items from you and to have no one return my email was very disappointing

Ornaments

I was pleased with the ornaments I received However I received an incorrect order and tried at least 20 times to submit the problem with my order I received a reply in 2 days informing me that someone from the team would contact me It was another 5 days before I received an email to show proof By this time I had reordered the two ornaments I did not receive since they were christmas gifts Macorner needs to find a simpler way to reach out to their company Orders should be checked against order form They need a better customer service team

The ornaments are nice but I ordered 5 and only received enough trimming and pieced for 4

Two weeks shipping timeframe

I like the freedom to design your own person I just wish more options for hair and eyes The items arrived within the given timeframe but it s nerve breaking to wait for two weeks for the gifts

I loved my ornament once I received it

I loved my ornament once I received it When I ordered it said delivery would be by 12 15 Unfortunately I needed it for a party as a gift on 1 17 so I was unable to give it But I received it late last night 12 19 and it is so adorable that I have almost forgotten that I was so disappointed I wasn t able to give the gift on time

Cute idea

Cute idea Took just at a month for it to arrive to me which is far longer than advertised I uploaded high resolution pictures but they are pretty blurry on the ornament overall cute idea but I don t think I ll be purchasing again

Horrible Customer Service

The communication with your company was poor at best Finally got my order yesterday but had no idea when it was going to arrive even after requesting that information Two of the 7 ornaments were chipped and I am not even going to try to rectify that While overall I love the ornaments I won t be doing business with you again

Too much for what it is

Purchased 3 Photo ornaments Like that they came out lovely clear and with nice message Disliked that there was no quantity discount 15 each is high PLUS shipping AND the shipping though paid 9 for which is ridiculous took a couple of weeks

I ordered 2 items from Macorner The first item a blanket which is very nice and I am excited to give as a gift It came in a timely manner I ordered a personalized ornament on Dec 4th and I am still waiting for it It won t be here before December 22 I need it for a party According to the status USPS is waiting for the item UPDATE Company is processing a replacement About 10 - 15 day wait time from printing to delivery

Their products nice their shipping and delivery and customer support not so much Shipping my orders to Southern California Northern California and North Carolina all took longer than expected The direct emails from company showed items fulfilled and shipped but the tracking links indicated the items were sitting in pre-shipping with USPS waiting for the times for ten days with no progress Efforts to reach customer support resulted in them resending me tracking information and discounts to order more stuff When items did arrive at the various locations I had shipped to they were well-received by all as being very nice Packaging was reportedly not very good nor as pictured in their video instead items were bundled together with a rubber band with single group bubble wrap and loose chains and findings were rattling around and not secure in the box Based upon my experience if you want something order way in advance of when you actually need it delivered
