I ve had terrible experience and been back and forth with customer service with no resolution I placed an order on 12 12 after searching for personalized friends ornaments The google search results indicated that orders would arrive by 12 22 or else I would have ordered from someone else Day after ordering 12 13 I got a shipping confirmation that the order shipped 3 days later I got an email update to please allow12-15 working days to receive which brings us way past 12 22 or Christmas for that matter Here it is 12 27 and I still have yet to receive my en route items What good is it now Save for next year This company is shady and misleading and I will never order from them again Terrible customer service also

Horrible Customer Service

I placed an order on December 2nd which by their own estimated delivery schedule should have arrived to me by Dec 22nd I received shipping notification on December 8th After inquiring as the package remained in pre-shipmemt I was told the package was lost on transit and they were resending I advised that if the package could not arrive by December 22nd I no longer needed it as I would be traveling and the items were for my trip I have now asked 5 seperate times for a refund and customer service has gone radio silent Low and behold my package that I no longer need says its arriving today December 29th Mind you they were offering 2nd day shipping for guaranteed Christmas delivery in between my requests for a refund This is absolutely absurd I would give them 0 stars if it let me

The WORST EXPERIENCE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE scammers I ordered something 2 months ago still waiting for a delivery timeUpdate they will sending you a tracking number but the item will be stuck somewhere and when I asked for delivery time they always give me the same stupid answer the tracking YUN EXPRESS Chinese services so nothing don t waste your time with this website They are not going to delivery your item on time

Horrible product representation When I tried to cancel the order minutes after placing the order I had to fil out a ticket which was obviously ignored Product arrived 4 days AFTER Christmas when promised Christmas delivery No phone number available to speak with a rep DO NOT deal with this company You will not get what you think you have ordered

Awful They are telling me that I did not provide a complete address which is not correct I did in fact They want another 30 for shipping to send a replacement Never again will I buy from them

Ornaments arrived - HORRIBLE quality so blurry and pixelated Reached out to customer service multiple times and they do not respond it s been almost two weeks When they did finally respond they asked for pictures which I already provided Then offered replacement and it s way past Christmas now so that s not helpful and now no response again They are horrible don t order from them

I would rather give 0 stars Customer service is non existent Order number ORDER MC 1641278Order 2 x blankets with different photos - I received 2 x blankets with the same photo Contacted macorner who replied and said they would send replacement if o covered cost of shipping I was told to re-order pay full price email them my new order number and they d refund - less shipping I have been charged full price and despite multiple emails chasing I have not received any response for 3 x weeks Terrible company to deal with - do not use

My order shows delivered but I never received it I contacted your company and no has reached back out to me I contacted the post office and they confirmed and sent me a letter stating order number 1804536 has not been delivered or received by me I still haven t heard back from Macorner with a resolution yet
