Absolutely rubbish Don t recommend anyone to use them Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them Ordered item for my grand daughter s birthday which they said was being made ready for shipping and would notify me when it was ready Never heard a thing after and so with time running out I reviewed my order to discover that it had been cancelled Totally useless company

Absolutely awful Take forever to respond to bike shop and myself Bike has been with shop for a faulty motor for over a month now and no end in sight Truly awful customer service How are these guys main Shimano distributer So angry after spending so much money on bike to not ride it for half its life

This company is a scam artist
I ordered an air conditioner through this BS company 5 weeks ago I have emailed repeatedly as to where is my order with no reply I have also contacted them through their website with messages and still no reply no email as to where my order is know nothing I believe this company is a scam I don t know how they get away with it but they definitely had no problem taking the money out of my checking account all these weeks later no product no reply no email don t waste your time with this company
