Jeep Parts are Delivered Faster

My FB feed is swamped with ads from MAGA com Their merchandise looked promising so on 11 13 24 I ordered two shirts The order was immediately confirmed On 11 21 24 8 days after placing the order I received a shipment confirmation email with a DHL tracking number Per the DHL tracking information the package arrived at DHL in Melrose Park IL on 11 22 24 where it remained until 11 26 24 The package was then transported to DHL in Mableton GA where it remains 11 29 24 Per the tracking info it is scheduled to ultimately be delivered on 12 2 24 almost three weeks after ordering and 11 days after being shipped Time will tell if the shirts are delivered I ve ordered parts for a Jeep that had to be fabricated that took less time than this order of two shirts I ve also ordered copier parts from China that were delivered faster It s telling that MAGA com appears to have turned off comments on their FB ads Regardless I don t care how great the shirts are a three-week delivery time is unacceptable and I will not be purchasing additional items And these shirts were ordered to be worn for a Thanksgiving event which was yesterday UPDATE 1 11 30 24 Shirts were delivered 11 30 24 17 days after order placed UPDATE 2 12 1 24 Following my initial review I was contacted by MAGA com who apologized for the delay and processed a COMPLETE unrequested refund While I would not have requested a refund I did ultimately receive my shirts the fact that MAGA com processed one because they felt their service fell short tells me that they are serious about customer service I appreciate MAGA com owning the shipping delay My one piece of advice to them would be to under promise and over deliver If an order is at risk of taking longer than typical just say so
