I ordered the Jim Warren picture The Planets Aligned on 9th November and was quoted 21 - 28 business days for delivery because it comes from America it s delivered to the gallery from America and then posted to me so I didn t have to pay import fee s I am in the UK It arrived on 6th December so the quoted delivery time was accurate I originally saw the picture in the Art of Disney store at Disney Springs in Florida but bringing it home to the UK was going to be difficult and risky might get damaged so I didn t buy it Then I found Magic of Disney Art which meant I could purchase the picture with no risk to me of transport damage The picture was also cheaper than it was on sale for in Florida and I was able to get a hand signed version the one in Florida was in the Silver series which isn t hand signed The picture is amazing and looks brilliant in the frame I chose Probably the most impressive aspect of the purchasing process was how well packaged the picture was when I received it The picture was wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a cardboard box That box was then bubble wrapped and placed in a 2nd cardboard box It took ages to carefully remove all the packaging The outside box had a small dent hole in it from transport but due to the excellent packaging this didn t even mark the internal box and the picture was not affected I will be ordering more art from Magic of Disney Art

I purchased a deluxe studio-framed canvas and it arrived today expertly packaged The artwork is better than I could possibly have imagined The photo on the website doesn t do the quality of image justice A thoroughly recommended experience

As someone who relies on customer reviews when I buy from an unfamiliar website I am writing this one as I wish there had been more available to me when I was looking into this site I was a little nervous about making such a big purchase for me at least from a website that I had never heard of and looked a little dated to me However I m SO pleased that I did My art piece is so beautiful exactly as pictured It took over 3 weeks to get to me which considering it travelled from California in the middle of world wide shutdown is pretty amazing I would say It was delivered carefully packaged and protected complete with authenticity certificates I will say I never received any updates from the moment I purchased to an email saying it would be delivered the next day but when I emailed them with a question I got a very quick reply I m so happy with my disney canvas I highly recommend this website if you have the patience to wait a month or so
