I paid extra for gift wrap on both my cards When I took them out of the box they had someone else s sample view on them The only w way to know whose was whose was to peel inside When I peeked the first envelop popped open ruining the rubber band loaded surprise for both recipients because they didn t get to experience the poof part I was super disappointed The cubes are cute The rest was a bust

Ordered a valentines day card January 17th with 1-5 day shipping It didn t arrive until march And they will under no circumstances let me return it After reading several similar reviews I went to their Facebook page- they have disabled comments and reviews So shady Avoid them at all costs

SCAM ALERT Worst company ever promises delivery in 2 days if you pay extra which I did so I would receive my order before Valentine s Day placed it 2 weeks before it actually expecting that to be plenty of time but nope package hasn t even been sent to usps yet and it s been 2 weeks since they created shipping label Don t order anything from this business Hopefully everyone can put them outta business by issuing refunds through their bank

Bought beginning of February for Valentine s Day Understood it might take longer than the eta 2-3 business days because Valentine s Day will be overwhelming It s been 32 days I m not even mad about the wait but the lack of communication Literally ghosts EVERYONE and has blocked commenting on their socials They might be legit but the way they re ignoring everyone just makes them sketchy and the customers lose trust on them

Never Received the item Contacted them via the order email with the same address as the contact us page No response Emailed via contact us link on their site since it was late - no response Opened dispute after it was late and did not receive a refund They sent an email that I never received Maybe it went into my junk But they never reached out via cell phone as that was the number on my order or leave a message if they did call and I didn t answer Their supporting documents during dispute never even showed the product as delivered I had to go to a competitor to get it right Go to Boomf com They got it out and my wife was happy while it was after her birthday 35 1 star reviews should tell you something And they have received over a thousand reviews on here
