It s okay nothing spectacular

It is a very sweet funny and cute gesture I give it 3 stars because when it arrived the confetti was slipping outside the card and I had opened it to slide it back inside It was slipping out from delivery I guess When it was officially opened and tab pulled confetti shot out but not like the commercials or videos shown online I read some reviews that stated this would happen but I think think it s a hit or miss with that I emailed to changed the message on the inside but to no avail Customer service never got back to me and even though they say you can chat online the pop-up chat box was no where to be found on the webpage Honestly not that great of a gift Better to go with the box instead of the cads Very expensive for a mediocre card I couldn t even write this review on their page Seems they only post the greatest reviews Should allow for the good and bad That way it is more genuine

Did receive item but customer service sucks

Ordered for my wife for Valentine s Day first week of February and just received box today 2 25 3 stars because she did like the box loved the photo cubes and all the surprises inside but I d give 1 star for customer service After several emails asking for a order confirmation and tracking number I received a generic reply that I was emailing too much and was holding up the process Every review on tik tok and Facebook said this company is a scam I can t say it is but they definitely need to do something about their handling time and customer service If you promise a customer their 50 gift will arrive by valentines then that should happen If they got too overwhelmed or whatever I get that but they should be prepared for that type of thing They have also turned off and deleted all comments on their Facebook page which is a little odd Maybe they didn t anticipate such a response to their products but that s not the customers problem

I will say the site isn t a scam cause I got my stuff HOWEVER I ordered on JANUARY 23 so I could get it in time for part of an anniversary gift for 2 4 Shipping was said to be 3-4 days so that was AMPLE time I didn t get it until TODAY 2 12 I can still give it for Valentine s Day I guess but it has an anniversary custom message so it s kinda inconvenient and embarrassing for it to have the wrong message Customer service was pretty good about emailing back the 2 times I reached out and sending me tracking details because I Never received the tracking myself and not even an order confirmation After waiting forever the gift came and was pretty cute and nicely packaged I hope everyone gets their things cause I agree the experience definitely saucked

I called myself doing something different for my fianc and I m disappointed I didn t follow my first mind to keep scrolling I placed my order 02 04 22 and it literally just updated shipping 3 hours ago stating it would be here by Saturday 02 26 22 False advertisement said 3-5 day shipping and its been over two weeks Can t get in touch with anyone and no refunds on customized orders Horrible idea for something I could have hand crafted UPDATE Instead of having to wait until Saturday I received it today Thursday February 24 At least I know it s legit and not a scam but damn 10days after Valentine s Day and 20 days after purchasing Update shipping times Do not order for special occasions this would be a just because gift

Worried but hopeful

I ve ordered two days ago and also purchasing the quick ship option I decided to check the reviews after my purchase and I m pretty worried now this is my fianc and I first valentines and because of our career path we won t have time spend it with each three With the high hopes of this website not being a scam I really wish my fianc will receive his gift I ll check back in about a week to let you all know if the gift was received

Very Long Shipping

I placed an order on 01 21 23 with the promise of 1-3 day shipping and they immediately created a shipping label that says it s waiting to ship from Las Vegas It s now 01 31 23 and nothing has changed I emailed them multiple times with no response and their Live Chat customer service option is not functioning so they have not helped me with this issue at all Many other reviews here are having the same problem as me EDIT I received my package but it was extremely late It s very cute and exactly what I ordered Other than the shipping times I m happy with this product I think they received a high influx of orders for Valentine s Day and had trouble making them in time due to being a small business

A fun way to celebrate that special someone

Shipping was quick the product was good however- the folds on the boxes that form as they re pulled out the box look messy- the boxes have rips and breaks in the folds it doesn t look clean
