Best to avoid

First of all I want to express that customer service was mostly great and my pet portrait when I finally got it was very high quality and beautiful That said it took an obscene amount of time to get my product It was in pre-shipment for a long time and when I finally reached out to customer service they admitted the product hadn t even been printed yet When I finally got it the background color was incorrect I reached out to tell them it was incorrect and requested a replacement with the correct color even sending a photo They essentially tried to gaslight me saying they printed it correctly sending a digital print as proof I don t want to blame customer service itself since they were great and they re not responsible for the company s shady policies but this is really unacceptable no matter how pretty the portrait itself was I would avoid buying from this company since they clearly don t value their customers and have trouble fulfilling orders both correctly and in a timely manner during off seasons like when I bought my portrait and from the reviews I see during peak holiday seasons
