We ve been working with Managed247 since September 2021 initially tasking them to quickly design and implement cyber security and backup solutions for us before commencing a full MSP support agreement in the summer of 2022 Their MSP solution perfectly augments our in-house IT team enabling us to focus on core tasks and policy whilst knowing our staff are in safe hands for any support issues that may arise - in or out of hours 24 7x365 We have a strong supply chain management process at BOXTEC and we work hard to ensure that we align with companies who are not only highly recognised within their industry but who also fit with our company values and CSR Managed247 are one such company This is not something you often read about an IT MSP but our staff truly do enjoy working with the Managed247 support desk staff because they know they will not only receive great technical support but they ll also be talking to someone who is genuinely interested in providing the best service they can As BOXTEC s IT Manager I regularly receive updates from colleagues letting me know how supportive the Managed247 team have been indeed I ve yet to receive anything negative
