As soon as I got off the plane I waited

As soon as I got off the plane I waited 20 min then a limousine appeared and I was ushered in by a driver I can honestly say this was the best experience and decision I ve ever made Mapa was honest truthful and utterly professional they actually did work over 800 pounds for free I was picked up and dropped off at the Hilton a beautiful hotel and staff honestly this sounds like someone from Mapa has wrote this but truthfully I couldn t sing there praises any more I m joe from Liverpool with perfect teeth lol

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

I definitely have to give their services 5 Everything is handled professionally They picked me up on time with a luxury car and took care of everything Even my procedure went great They also offered me a hotel with breakfast so I didn t have to do anything else Great service and I would definitely recommend

Disappointed

My husband I was reassured by Zeynep after sending an eye test given a plan for trifocals We was sent a video where to wait for our transport once getting off the plane We was there waiting over an hour was told the video has been updated we was in the wrong place We overcome that problem to then find there was no reservation at the hotel After a few phone calls to Zeynep that was sorted The next day we was taken to the clinic we was both told by a doctor that we wasn t suitable for trifocals tho both disappointed we was thankful for the honesty Then the atmosphere changed from the organisers informed us we will have to pay all expenses transfers hotel scan treatment it cost us 1 500 Tho not either sides fault the onus was on us and was determined to get there money We felt totally let down left to arrange flights home early once they got there money If you re thinking of using this servis make sure you send as much information to MAPA and get confirmation as my husband sent a scan that wasn t looked at but still had to have another one that cost extra money Hopefully you get good results but when it goes wrong its a different story All the best Just to add I ve had a reply from MAPA who misunderstood my review Pegasus airline fantastic airport pick up waited one hour was not informed of new pick-up point No hotel reservation but nice room hotel once in The eye hospital was state of the art- fantastic interpreter was also great The eye surgeon very knowledgable helpful professional Unfortunately once we was informed that we wasn t suitable for treatment the representative from MAPA was adamant that we had to pay there then even tho our credit cards were back at the hotel We only sent on what was asked for eg eye test was told we can have trifocals We felt unfairly treated dismissed once we was unable to have surgery Poor customer service Still misunderstood There are no complaints from the surgeon whom I agree made the right choice for not doing surgery on either of us thankful for the honesty We are disappointed with the way we were treated once your representative knew that we had to pay showed that by asking us to pay straight away not given proper instructions on arrival All of your mistakes have been put on us there needs to be more information from your clients to make sure they get the surgery work they need Have a good day

I wasn t going to write this as I give the clinic a chance by refunding for the work they carried out on my teeth but they refused I don t want anyone going through the same thing I came to this dentist from the UK first for 14teeth when I got there they did not sound confident at all and spoke about giving me a bridge at the top of my mouth when I have no missing teeth red flag we agreed on 4 top back crowns and I would get my other 10 replaced by another dentist in Istanbul What they have put in my mouth is the absolute worst dental work I or anyone else has seen Even my other dentist was shocked by the work They give me a bridge which measures almost 2cm thick We did not discuss a bridge and I paid for crowns I believe they done this so they can cut corners and be cheap I reached out to the clinic in which they said the only way I will be giving a refund is I had to come back the clinic for them to take my teeth out before they issue it bare in mind I have just got all my teeth shaving down and they wanted me to fly home with no teeth I have tried to attach photos to show any potential patients the work they can expect but it does not allow I will be posting them on other forums They are huge and fill a large proportion of the roof of my mouth They are cartoonish plastic like teeth The only positive thing I can say about this company is the man who meets you who I guess is a coordinator translator is pleasant and polite After telling them I will be taking this further if they don t refund my money the impolite lady on the Watsapp threatened me with legal action I m sure they know it wouldn t go anywhere as I have all the photo evidence of the work they done My advice would be to stay away from this company There is great dentist in istanbul who take pride in their dental work These are not them I now have to pay over 3000 in the uk to have 4 teeth replaced with crowns My mouth is a mess of this dentist Reply to your statement You take pride is customer satisfaction You have seen multiple photos of the work the dentist carried out on my mouth which is evidently shocking work My mouth is struggling to adjust and can t close they are that huge in my mouth Your dentist and technicians need further training and I don t believe they should be carrying out work on anymore patients until they do so How do you explain fitting a bridge in my mouth when I discussed and payed for singular crowns It s malpractice Your company says you are willing to take legal action legal action against what A patient telling the truth on their experience with yourselves

I travelled from the UK to have 20 crowns fitted and now have an amazing smile The dentists and support team were professional and caring

you are great I recommend you to every first person who compliments me You are simply machines in just 3 days you made my smile memorable and memorable Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Lasik

I got an eye laser surgery Lasik on May 24th and everything went perfect From the transfer to the surgery everything was very well organized The communication through WhatsApp was also excellent and very friendly I will definitely recommend the clinic in the future and maybe one day consider getting dental work done as well

Absolutely the best

Absolutely the best I had to come and relay my experience at Mapa health I was in Turkey in December and because I was tired of wearing glasses I was looking for an eye surgery place After scrolling through all social media and Google I found them on Instagram and went to check their reviews I then messaged the number where I communicated with the even patient Zeynep She took her time and was so kind even though I ghosted her twice This is the best decision ever I now see even the little wording on medicine bottles The only regret I have is that I have not done it earlier

Dental Implants Istanbul Turkey

After years of thinking I would be suffering with dentures for the rest of my life a friend went to Istanbul Turkey for dental implants at MaPa Heath and recommended them In the end of April I flew to Istanbul where I met the Mapa dental team they explained the dental implant treatment they are very professional and friendly and I felt I was in good hands from the beginning I had my remaining 9 teeth extracted and all my teeth was replaced with implants I have to wait 6 month from having the implants till the permanent teeth can be attached as my jaws has to grow around the implants At the end of October I will be flying back to Istanbul to get my permanent teeth attached to the implants I am half way through my treatment and till now have been very happy with the service MaPa health and their team has provided I have been very well take care of and have a lot of trust in my Mapa dental team
