The app wall take you on 4 x 4 roads only in Costa Rica without telling you try to tell you to turn left on a one-way street going the other direction never stay in the direction of travel and the car on the map constantly goes off the screen and sometimes just glitches out and freezes all together If they didn t put their name on the app you would be hard-pressed to think a multi-billion company created it

Posted a review about La Renaissance Bar in Herce Mayenne Department France and the execrable google maps have falsely claimed it is spam - despite our fellow guests the Chef the Owners and any proof they care to mention No apologies No means to complain No reply possible And yet they cheerfully post up to 300 million clearly fake reviews every year - so why remove the genuine ones Could it be down to payments Just wanted to add our review of Renaissance bar would have been a good one if only Google maps had a clue integrity common sense etc

Google maps is useless

I don t even think anyone works in this department I m sick and tired of sending messages saying that my photos and videos aren t showing or posting Sometimes they all disappear people spend time writing reviews to help people but Google doesn t care at all I ve send how many messages to Google asking them to fix this issue but nothing gets done I thought that Google hired smart people but right now I m really doubting that

They used to be number one in the map industry but now they re terrible Their arrow indicator never stays in the direction of travel and often falls off the map so you can t even see where you are on the map without trying to take your eyes off the road and adjust it In addition the right hand doesn t know what the left hand is doing Meaning their app doesn t sync up with Google website When I put it in distance calculations on Google before I went to a Country it said two hours and then once I put it in the country Google maps said it was 3 1 2 hours I could from my travels design a better map app than this billion dollar company
