I rang and spoke dealth with Emma C I told her what I would like as no other company were listening to that wow factor I wanted Emma cam back at a very fair price with extras The whole package is fabulous Emma was professional yet friendly and not at all pushy I tried 2 other high end travel agents prior but I will have no hesitation on the future to use Hayes and Jarvis Thank you Emma -

We have just been on a trip to South east Asia thanks to Chris at Hayes and Jarvis the holiday was faultless I can t recommend them enough We have just booked a trip to Africa with Hayes Jarvis because of the excellent service they provided us

Jane Bassil was so helpful and patient on helping us plan our trip and went through info on every hotel with us online She worked quickly and efficiently at every stage and has years of experience of hospitality in South Africa which really reassured us

After looking at planning a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Australia it was becoming decidedly challenging so decided to look at what this travel company could do for us James has been very helpful in terms what places are worth visiting and at what time of year We have made a few adjustments by moving some items changing the amount of time we spend in each location and adding locations So we have a 38 day trip covering 5 of the 6 provinces 13 locations plus trips and excursions including car hire international and internal flights Not saying couldn t do it but would have taken ages Exhausting I think

We chose our destination and left the rest up to the agent he put the holiday all together exactly as we requested Nothing was too much trouble even minor tweaks here and there Hayes Jarvis have always been consistent and never let us down
