I placed an order on the 28th August for cross body bag from martini spritz 29th August they took money for bag from my account it s now the 3rd of September haven t hear nothink from them NO confirmation email and they NOT answering none of my many emails that I have sent I need help shocking customer service paid for bag that haven t received

Do not buy from this site
Do not buy from this site I purchased a bag only used it once for a few hours then on the 2nd time of use the zip broke at the start of the day I contacted them to request a refund or a replacement They emailed saying as I d used it twice they wouldn t refund I am awaiting another response as I expect at least a replacement After paying 30 I don t expect the zip to break It s obviously cheaply made I would not recommend buying from this site at all A bunch of con artists It s most likely made in China and I could have bought it for a fraction of the price from other well known sites Terrible customer service

Cheap import
Cheap import Bag arrived and within two weeks the strap connection to the bag snapped I emailed for a refund and didn t hear anything until I made a comment on one of their FB feeds They offered me a full refund when if I sent the bag back to an address in London which I googled and it was residential I asked if they would refund the postage as I had paid 40 and didn t expect it to snap within 2 weeks and they said no I have gone back to them again before I send the bag back and no response DO NOT USE

Don t use this company
Don t use this company I waited 2 weeks for a bag with no communication from them at all When a bag finally arrived it was green not navy as ordered will be returning but expecting a long delay in refunding my money

I received my bag used it just a few
I received my bag used it just a few times and the strap fell off emailed customer services and they agreed after sending photos that they would send another bag and I was to return the broken one but since then I ve heard nothing they continue to ignore my emails and surprise surprise I haven t received another bag would not recommend out of pocket going to take it up with my credit card company should not be allowed to treat people in this way no way to run a business
