Do not buy from this Company I purchased 2 jumpers that were supposed to be Cashmere but definitely were not Sizes were also not as described size UK 12 is more like a UK 8 I have contacted the Company and they say returns will cost between 25 - 30 or I could accept them sending me another garment for a further 14 total con rip off do not buy from them

Worst Online Webshop I ve come across SCAM

This is an absolute scam do not even think about ordering from this site My wife ordered what was supposed to be a good quality leather jacket which cost 60 Over a month past and nothing arrived I guess this is the length of time it takes to ship rip off goods from China She made several attempts to get a refund but was politely fobbed off each time When the item arrived it was more like PVC poor fitting arm length more suited to a grey back gorilla But seriously they are taking your hard earned cash under false pretences The UK authorities should not allow it and shut them down immediately

SCAM

Has anyone successfully received a refund Feel absolutely ashamed to fall for this SCAM They were answering all my emails now suddenly gone quiet when the customs in China is asking them for contact to release the parcel I ve sent back

I fell for scam

Like a lot of reviewers I fell for the cashmere jumper scam Poorest quality polyester type jumper too short in the arms no labels can t roll the neck over as thick seems are then on outside of jumper As noted already sending back is not an option I would have shrugged off and worn as a back up sort of jumper but due to arm length and seam issue that is not really an option Very disappointed wish I d checked reviews before ordering

THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM Items are nothing as described Cashmere jumped turned out to be 100 acrylic and nothing like as advertised cheap looking things Jacket was no better I spent 150 and I am now having to return the stuff Ive been offered replacements but who would want a replacement of such tat DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE I am going to report them to Trading Standards but as they operate out of China No doubt it isnt covered Cheap Shite

Scam - be aware

Sadly I ve also fallen for this scam Thought it was a UK based small business but only upon delivery 4 weeks later did it become obvious that the items come from China Ordered cashmere jumper but it s 100 acrylic No labels no tags no return invoice Have exchanged a few emails with them but as per previous comments was offered very little as refund and it would cost nearly as much as I paid for the jumper to return to China Although they try to convince you not to do it for carbon footprint impact allegedly Not sure if legally anything can be done against them but added comment here too in the hope other people will not fall for it

Another victim of this company Cashmere jumper definitely not Cashmere No labels no return slip have offered 15 of the order as a refund Website advertises 30 day money back guarantee Hassle free returns and bizarrely Dorp sic and go None of which is true AVOID

Kinda freaking out after purchasing a coat and now noticing bad reviews and tracking issues Definitely didn t expect it to be sent via China and now realising the website has been set up to sell cheap knock offs Ladies let your credit card company know also side note despite all the 1 reviews they have over 2 overall - how is that possible

This company is a complete scam They are based in China nowhere is this stated on the website so shipping takes forever they want you to pay upwards of 30 to return any items and what they advertise isn t what you end up buying - 100 cashmere is actually cheap polyester and the clothing is SUCH bad quality There are no labels in the clothes either which is illegal in the UK and you have no idea what you re wearing or how to wash it Fighting it out with my credit card company as it s shocking these companies get away with scamming people like this

Shocking company I waited 2 months for a couple of coats to arrive When they did finally get delivered they were very poor quality I enquired about a refund and they offered me 10 if I kept the items After many exchanges they agreed to let me return the coats for a full refund although I had to pay 30 to return them I tracked my order back to China and tried to contact them again asking where my refund was only to be met with your mail is undeliverable I checked their website and now it doesn t exist So angry but I suppose you live and learn
