Terrible customer service
I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping which took nearly 2 weeks to finally arrive A few days before it s arrival I contacted the customer service to get a refund or cancel the order and never received a response Nonexistent customer service and I wish I read the reviews before I purchased

Poor Service
I decided not to use Amazon to order gift for my wife since we share the same account I made a fairly large order to Massage Warehouse back in Nov 16 and I only received half the items They told me my items would be delivered sometime in January I called there customer service manager Don only to be hung up on Luckily I was able to buy the items from Amazon and got them in two days Not surprising to see the low score for this company

Missing package waiting for resolution
I have ordered from them multiple times over the years Was supposed to receive a package 1 cbd massage oil 1 cbd lotion stick and 1 small bottle of massage gel I did not receive it when it was supposed to arrive It was a holiday weekend so I figured maybe things were delayed Started a chat online and was told to call a service number called the number and I wish I knew the woman s name but she was short and not apologetic at all it seemed like she was confused that I was upset at all Like oh what s the problem You only spent 110 to not receive your items and then have to wait 7-10 days while we file a report and then maybe we can find some resolution Not happy at all with the experience I do hope it can get sorted out They have good prices overall and I purchased this during a sale to save even more but depending on how this experience goes I may just try to find mother massage supply company who has good prices

Poor return policy
I ordered shoe wedges from this company The delivery was a little long The product was not what I expected The company representative could not make an exchange for an item that was closer to my needs They do not make exchanges I have to return my order at my expense to receive a refund I will not do business with this company again

Very untrustworthy company
Very untrustworthy company The customer service agents will tell you whatever they have to in order to get you off of the phone so they don t have to deal with your order issues I ordered a bed December 31st 2020 which was supposed to arrive January 8-12th I got no notice that it was backordered until the end of January When they finally get around to shipping the bed they delivered it to the completely wrong address Fast forward almost two months later they still have my 400 and I do not have a massage bed Their best resolution for me was to wait an additional two months in order for this bed to be restocked Not even an apology for the horrible inconvenience The entire company needs a revamp

CS Department - Watch out
CS did not know if I could refuse receiving an order from the driver She said she would check on that and get back to me Never heard from her I have to pay shipping to get the order they could not stop and RETURN SHIPPING I have shopped with the company since they opened Have no care or concern for doing there a customer a solid and the super could care less if I never shop there again Too bad - I have always had issues with them anyway

Sub-par return policy poor customer service It took many weeks and emails to finally receive my refund and it wasn t even the full amount agreed uponI won t be ordering anything from them ever again

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service I bought a vinyl wax mat which I was told would arrive within a few days at the time of order Over a week later it hadn t showed up yet so I called and spoke to a LaShay and then another girl after that They both told me that all of the mats that were in stock at that time that I purchased mine were sold to other people who had placed the order before me I understand that but online it also said there was another back order expected for July 20th to which they said they didn t receive that shipment and that I was stuck waiting until August 17th They had absolutely no empathy for the situation whatsoever no apology or anything I will NEVER use them again I will find another supplier who is honest Their entire operation is absurd

This is honestly the worst customer
This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced I ordered a table from them Dec 30th Supposed to arrive Jan 13th Almost a month later still no table I had to call get an update on it and they said it s the manufacturers fault I asked what they are doing to keep their customers happy since this is ridiculous amount of delay and she basically said I could change my order or I could cancel Neither are an option for me so it s basically tough stuff So delayed order no update on telling me when I would get the chance to receive the item and does nothing to keep their customers coming back And I won t be back

Terrible Company policies and transparency
My name is Aidan Kaye and I placed a large order including one massage table that I found out had a soft bottom which is uncommon in massage tables I needed a high quality massage table and this wasn t it so I returned it I had to hunt down the customer service representatives because they wouldn t respond to emails After all of that I wanted to know when to expect a refund and how to be reimbursed for the 181 shipping costs After emails not being responded to again I called them only to find out the shipping is on me They explained that we don t discuss our return policies unless people ask us I m furious You would think that they would say at the few points during the return process that you re responsible for shipping Terrible transparency and customer service DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
