Great communication

I felt the information provided was very good and clear to me While I recognize that you are experiencing great interest and growth I felt like Brendon was a little impatient and condescending though effective I recognize that you are looking for bigger accounts but that s just my two cents I talked to Alec less but I enjoyed my conversation with him more

Simple and Effective

Great communication with the real people from this company but a few too many automated daily emails for my liking A pretty well thought out onboarding process and an easy to use app Just have to make some money now

Ease of onboarding

The gentleman involved were quick to answer my questions and knowable about all parts of their industry I am experienced with investing however no with art and they had no issues walking me in depth of how it all works Looking forward to many years with this company and the opportunity they facilitate

Jake Masterworks are Impressive

Jake made it very easy for me to initiate my first round of investments with Masterworks I m very impressed with the company and their staff are very helpful Very happy to be invested in a number of pieces and planning to add more to my portfolio

Experience was great

Experience was great - glad to now be diversified into ART If returns continue in the double-digits annually will be investing more Only negative I wanted to test the art market arena with a smaller investment for starters but felt a bit pressured to put up to 48K initially As a successful investor pressure does not work with me

I had to wait several days to be reviewed No other information was forthcoming until I had to call Once I made contact the issue was quickly resolved however I had hoped I would have been contacted by masterworks not the other way around Other than this my experience has been great Thank you Leonard

My first experience with the platform

I was assigned a representative Jessica who explained how everything worked and was very thorough and patient She then connected me to someone Alanna who helped me with the finances The follow-up was quick and well-explained They made the process very easy I look forward to a wonderful relationship with Masterworks

All around good experience so far

The advisor I spoke to was knowledgeable and surprisingly not pushy I was reluctant to schedule a call because I expected a pushy salesperson The website is well put together with a simple and sensical order process I was waiting on an ACH transfer to my bank account so I couldn t yet complete my sale but the website reserved my shares and made it easy to continue the next day after my transfer went through I m overall impressed and pretty happy so far
