free returns not really free

They claim free returns on their website - what they forget to say is that this is only in Germany - I had to ship back from Switzerland - it cost me almost as much as what I bought - avoid if possible

Very poor service

Very poor service I wanted to sent back the matras and had to arrange it myself Which is almost impossible as no courier is taking such a big product The customer service just told me we can t help you I don t recommend anyone to other here as it s just poor very poor services It feels like they make it impossible to send back an ordered product

The 1 star is just for a quite late

The 1 star is just for a quite late delivery 2 weeks as opposed to 1 2 days mentioned in the website It never mentions how long would it take for customers outside of Germany to receive the order I suggest putting a note so many of us would not have a false hope

Never delivered nor refunded

Massive SCAM Purchased a mattress about 2 months ago Never got it delivered Emailed them many times a lady called Stefanie Gielke replied to me pretending that she is the manager she is not though I ve been asking her to share the contact details of the management which she denied this has been ongoing for more than 5 weeks now No proper reply from them no refund nothing I d recommend to not waste your money on this website as it did happen to me Response to their pointless comment Do you understand English I specifically mentioned that I contacted your legal department and nothing has been done Speak to Stefanie Gielke

Awful service never again

The site states that the product should arrive within 2 days However it took them 11 days to deliver my order They only sent the package when I contacted them after a week of waiting Then I finally got an email that my package would be delivered however even though I was waiting the whole day the package did not arrive Then once again I had to file a complaint for them to finally find it and deliver it A very disappointing and stressful experience

The worst company I ever bought from

The worst mattress I ever bought Smelled insanely bad I had a headache for several days Oeko-Tex is a scam it only helps companies prove compliance with EU regulations nothing more Of course there is no return option and the shipping ended up costing 100 Avoid this scam at all cost EDIT 04 09 24 I contacted customer service again as they suggested and this came back from them We have copied a text from the Internet for you First air the new cold foam mattress well Exactly how long you should air the cold foam mattress ultimately depends on the smell The truth is that they are selling inferior products at a premium price A mattress should not smell like this not after 2 months I re-affirm my recommendation Do not buy from this company

Never ever

I have received matterass and one of them was already dirty I was trying to get in touch with the Company but that was impossible The import charge not included in the price and I have to pay extra 50 to some company wich I m not sure if it is scam Not happy at all as I was buying new mattrass should be clean

The bed slats arrived very poorly packaged and were damaged Despite various emails the company have failed to respond More than 2 weeks after delivery I am still waiting Had to resort to a complaint via PayPal Very disappointed and disillusioned customer

THEY DON T DO RETURE Please be carefull when you order from this site because eventhough on their website it says 30 nights sleep trial free returns 30 N chte Probeschlafen Geb hrenfreie Retoure item should be unopened with the seal undamaged lol D i dont know how is possible to try to sleep on something if it s not open but here apperantly should happen D And also its no 30 days free return but 14 days Product is ok its just very high and doens t really give an anatomic support to your neck So if you don t have some extra money to throw please don t order

Mattress has never arrived

Mattress has never arrived While I was thinking that this could have easily been due to the post after contacting support from this site they replied asking me additional info and after giving them all the details they completely shut down and stop replying Something is off here I will follow up and update this once issue is or is not resolved Update 1 I got a response now communication with a courier is still pending
