hallo I m a bit pissed off I ordered 2 matras 80 x 200 and recieved 2 matras 90 x 200 they are to wide sold them and ordered 2 new ones hope you don t screw up again

Very poor experience

Although online order was placed 5 days back and full payment was made there is no update on delivery and shipping Before order confirmation the delivery date was showing 2 days After payment is made there is no further update when the shipment will actually arrive Customer support is very slow to respond and does not have a clue about the shipment Better to avoid such online portals who do not have any accountability

The parcel is now arrived

It has now finally arrived the product is good and I am very happy with it The transport company is not they have given contradictory messages saying before yesterday that they could not deliver the package and that they would contact me later to inform me but that I could not do anything and today surprisingly the package was delivered It doesn t seem very efficient online information either It doesn t allow you to enter postcodes with letters like the British ones
