Garbage and a scam The company s support staff extorts me to pay more or I will lose all of my data even tho I am entitled to the service for which I already paid Read their contract carefully they try to trap you all the time to pay money

Expensive and dysfunctional

The software is the most costly of all virtual tour software but does not work on any mobile browser It s a huge hassle to showcase spaces to clients I opted for kuula instead

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service they have been charging my account even after I cancelled and are refusing to both refund my account and are refusing to delete my account I ve put a hold on my bank account to attempt to stop the charges and have contacted consumer affairs to investigate The product is ok but as soon as you need customer support to fix something they won t I do not recommend you giving any of your bank account details to the Matterport company as you might find yourself in the same situation

The customer service was horrible and my experience owning the rights to anything was such a let down finding out they own the RIGHTS to all of the content we film with the product they sell us that s right you can only utilize the data if you PAY a monthly sub forever They own your information ALL OF IT You buy the camera you do the work they keep the data That is the end of the story It is 2021 this tech is common now and they will not be the tech giant they are hoping to be

Stop I bought into this company in 2016 thinking it was going to replace photos and I was right especially for the pandemic Here s how I was treated You guys had me buy your first version only to send me a 3600 camera that never worked since day 1 and wouldn t back your product or helpMe at all In fact when I called for help on setting it up I was yelled at by a frustrated representative and told to figure it out for myself It arrived with an internal error That was a 3600 loss on believing in your dream and company before others back in 2016 I talked my broker into buying many of your cameras and then others in my area - before getting mine- and thus I sold more than some of your reps and you treated me like garbage took my money and sent me a broken camera you wouldn t help me with at all because I missed an email that went out 2 days before ending my service contract Terrible company Especially for those who believed in you before your name was known Still have the camera in my living room Still has never processed one space and won t Had attorneys try several attorneys several times This company is hands down the worst company I ve ever exchanged money with Do not waste your money Hire someone who owns one already and let them deal with the full time job of dealing with this company This was in November 2016 They still to this year will not help and told me to sell it for parts on eBay I bought a tool I didn t buy a job

Extremely poor customer service they say they are a 24 7 company but no one ever answers the calls I booked a meeting through there system and no one attended They are not bothered keep away from companies like these

My company have tried for month to get Matterport to change their bill so we could pay it They closed our account even thoug I wrote to them that there was problems with their bill and we needed them til answar our finans department They have know ignored us for month and we still do not have acces to our account and all the projects I ll recomend everyone not to use this compagny All your project will be theirs and when they close your account and have no intention at all to help you you are in problems Find a solution where you own youre captures instead of relying on an absolute amateur of af copany

Matterport is a piece of sh company to work for They will suspend and fire you over any allegation without giving you the chance to defend yourself Their tech might be good but steer well clear of this soulless company
