CUSTOMER SERVICE MIA - BEWARE

Love the clothes but OMG been trying to contact customer service for DAYS I have spent hundreds of dollars and am a very loyal customer I ordered an XL shirt like many other times and received an XS They want to charge ME 20 to correct the mistake and NO ONE has responded to me Jordan Roche Jones the owner I will remove and revise this to a 5 star review review if my issue gets resolved TyUpdate - no answer from company and disputed with my credit card for my money back Insane bc the clothes are great What a shame

Terrible customer service Sending an item back for a return was a nightmare Customer service is non existent and non responsive It will cost you more money to ship an item back than the actual item Will never order from here again Terrible experience

Item too small so requested an exchange Returned original item and it was processed within 3 days but nearly 4 weeks later still waiting on my replacement item to be delivered Sent numerous emails Instagram dms and Facebook dms Eventually got a reply But still waiting on item

Would never shop here again Bought a load of clothes then they came the shirt had a hole in from the armpit like it s been worn and return then the clothes had a awful smell to them like they have been kept in damp cellar And still had to pay out of my own pocket to return them Overall my experience will never bring me back to shop here again

Received order on time but unfortunately it was too small so requested an exchange for the next size up and sent the wrong one back Have still to receive the new one Have emailed many times but have been ignored Am now going to try for a refund so fingers crossed
