Sizing is off for different color of same outfit

Bought two of the same outfits same size different colors One fit perfectly the others shirt was extremely larger than the other 40 to ship it back plus the 17 dollars to ship new Outfit nice but replacing it cost the same amount of money as buying a brand new one Waste of over 100

Horrible sizing and expensive

Wife surprised me with a top and bottom set as I had sent her an ad from social media I usually wear a 2XL comfortably but when she told me she got a 3XL I was a bit skeptical as I don t like loose fitted clothing When I put the top on it felt like I was trying to stretch on a Medium or Large which makes sense now as to why all their 4-6XL is sold out The shorts were a 42 and I couldn t even get the button to touch the other end My wife spent good money to surprise me and then get disappointed

Poor returns

Ordered some shorts was ok but didn t fit quite right Returns ended up costing me 6 I get smaller companies need to have some returns costs but that s such a rip off considering i paid 4 for the delivery Really liked the new summer drops too but not going to buy more in case i need to return disappointing

Disappointed with the cost of returning items

Mauvais have really nice clothing but unfortunately I wont be ordering from them again The cost of returning an item s was 5 10 That s ridiculous As there is no physical store there is no opportunity to try on the clothes to test out the style size and fittings Charging this amount to customers is off putting and based on other reviews clearly people agree The delivery and return cost procedure need to be reviewed Its why companies such as Asos are so successful they have a much more cost friendly return procedure
