Overall Mbit casino isn t that great Yeah customer service is pretty good at answering what questions they can but my emails got hacked and I wrote to the ambassador to solve this problem I spend a lot of money with MBit and because they said I had more then one account they stoped my bonuses I explained to them what had happened and they still yet to give me my bonuses back So I don t get match play or anything I only use the account I opened myself I have never even been on the other accounts they say that I have When I add Bitcoin it comes straight from my cash app and it s only on the One account that I use So therefore I m not leaving them a good review until they decide to fix the problem Thanks and good luck

Dont have much positive to say There was an issue when I first deposited with their processor no major it happens and subsequent deposits went through quick Aside from that a huge number of their providers were not working Play n go Pragmatic etc They worked fine if I was logged out in demo mode but as soon as i logged in - they disappeared I asked support and they responded as if it was news to them Yeah right The only games i could really play were from budget providers and across a number of games and hundreds of spins I could not manage a bonus on any of them and my biggest win was about 20x Sure it could be bad luck but it would be the worst run of luck I can recall myself having I d definitely reccommend creating an account and trying to open your preferred games to see if they work before depositing
