I purchased 5 change purses to give as gifts Let me say this is not leather Looks like cheap shiny plastic and cheap manufactured gold look alike zippers and pulls Their ad is deceptive and misleading This coin purse is very small I can barely get anything in it This product reminds me of something you would give to a little girl for play instead of adult women

This company is horrible

This company is horrible I purchased my bag when pandemic started so never used it for work since I never left home I tried to return it but they said I had it to long The handle is ripping brought to my repair shop he said it s not leather and not worth fixing When I called company again they said since I don t live in the UK I CANT RETURN Never ever will I order from them again

Not soft leather

I bought a bag and wallet Neither are the soft leather as described The insert for the bag is cheap canvas and quite ugly I feel I ve been ripped off and its my own fault I m not usually taken in by adverts Don t fall for the classy images on the website Customer service is cut and paste scripts so don t expect satisfaction

My husband purchased the Cholet bag for my birthday This product is NOT LEATHER as advertised The description of the product clearly states Napa Leather After receiving this product there is no label that shows that this is leather Despite this the customer return department has been unsatisfactory NEVER PURCHASE I saw the ad and reviews on FaceBook and Trustpilot therefore I expected this company to be legitimate CHOLET bag is cheap plastic NOT LEATHER After analyzing the Trustpilot reviews 5star reviewers are invited

Product was great Customer service was completely lacking My order somehow got lost and my shipment never arrived It took several attempts to get someone to help me and it took over a month to get my order which they had to resend new products

Long overdue package

Unfortunately I still have not received my merchandise After I last inquired about why it was delayed so long there was an email saying it had shipped Since then according to the USPS tracking it s in the post office in Monroe Township New Jersey since June 1st It says that it is awaiting the item That doesn t make sense to me because the email says both items were completed I m just confused at this point I ve shopped with several retailers and never ran into this problem Could you please find out if my items are really ready and expected to be shipped to me soon Any news would be greatly appreciated Thanks

I purchased a purse online as a Christmas gift for my daughter I tracked the package that was delivered on December 1 by FedEx with no signature After Christmas I found out the package was never delivered received I contacted the company and was told to take it up with my credit card They got the same information about a delivery that never happened Mdbm refused to refund my money-- I will never purchase from this company again

I regret not reading the reviews I returned the bag immediately because it wasn t worth 169 00 It looked like a cheap bag from a sidewalk vendor I m emailing them daily for a refund and they have nothing but excuses The last email accused me of stealing the accessories which came with the bag Now reporting them to the BBB my credit card company and will take every social media platform available to share my story Avoid this company it s a scam

Don t risk your time or money Have bought several beautiful bags from them Latest one is a cheap knockoff vinyl handles lightweight fake leather Hideous Customer service is refusing to refund my 80 saying it s a final sale and now ignoring my emails Not sure what s going on that this company is selling goods from China Beware
