I ordered a wallet over a month ago and have not received it Website says order number does not exist USPS say it arrived in Chicago but nothing after that Where is my wallet

I don t think this company deserves any star I have an issue with this company I purchased a bag and I don t get my status order yet I called customer service and the lady in the phone said that my order is already shipped but I didn t get any email I told her I want my money back but she said I have to send back the order for my refund It s already two weeks and I think they never shipped nothing After I have struggles with this company I received my order but the bag isn t leather the pouch is made with a cheap material This company ripped me off

After owning 5 of their bags which I adore I ordered 4 of the new USB tassels EVERY SINGLE ONE FAILED and I m having trouble getting customer care to respond to meOKAY THEY HAVE ANSWERED AND SAY THEY ARE SENDING FOUR REPLACEMENTS

Do Not Buy

I bought a Lourdes bag This bag is absolutely NOT leather There are no tags from the manufacturer inside or anywhere except a real leather tag on the outside brown on a black bag with a B stamped in it a sure sign that it is crap The fabric inside is of poor quality with the fabric very floppy inside When I received it there was no receipt and all print was in Chinese This product was not handmade or shipped from a small company in London It s a lieThe wallet that is supposed to carry my phone doesn t close with a phone inside it Save your money and buy a quality product from a reputable company instead of carrying around cheap trash This is a rip off

The worst customer service ever

On August 9th I ordered and paid 109 for a purse In a few hours I had to cancel my order for family reasons I received an answer from the customer service almost immediately where they letting me know that my order will be canceled When nothing happened for more than a week I sent them second email with question when I will get my money back so make my story short Today is 10 days since the order was canceled and I am still waiting for my money to be returned They have the worst customer service I ve ever seen I do not recommend this site for shopping it s a scam

Have requested a refund for 2 bag purchased in April for which the company cannot will not provide an arrival date While they responded to original emails they have now stopped after requesting a refund

When you use a discount code or buy at a discount you are not able to return or exchange their purses This was not specifically mentioned on their website and so now I am stuck with a 90 purse and I don t like the handles I m very disappointed

Impatiently waiting for shipping status 15 days after order

I placed my order on September 10 It was charged to my credit card on September 11 It did not leave for shipment until September 15 However I ve yet to be able to track my order The USPS is still awaiting receipt I ve asked for a credit until my order is traceable If this does not happen I will dispute the charge The best case scenario would be to see the tracking info soon I don t understand why the charge was made so quickly after the order and not coinciding with the shipment I ve been in contact with the company and the response is always to be patient but it s not thier money

Don t waste your money

Don t waste your money The bag looks beautiful when you receive it but it s not well made and won t last past the 1 year warranty The inside of the bag the cloth lining has ripped near the handle Shortly after that the zipper has started coming apart while it s suppose to be zipped Just not the quality you want when you invest in a leather product
