Arrived fast just as fescribed
I placed an order for two cases of hand sanitizer which I was told they had on hand I expected to receive the product a couple of days after placing the order when none arrived I spoke with my salesman Frank L who told me they were out of stock I was disappointed by I understood under the COVID-19 crisis a couple of days later I received a call from Frank L who informed me that he found an alternate product for me and personally took the time to walk the order through I received the product and I m very happy with it as a Director of Purchasing I can now supply our team members with much needed protection I personally want to thank Frank L for caring and will definitely continue on doing business with Medex Supply
