I too have received nothing A friend who ordered from them also never received any of his order Inquiries via email generate an auto-response with French headers so maybe they are actually in Canada France or other French speaking country and perhaps not at the Sarasota address on their website Phone number listed deep in their website is disconnected Going to FTC GOV will allow you to make an easy online complaint and the FTC supposedly will cooperate with other foreign law enforcement agencies Medical-Secure com was supposedly previously Flu-Armor com which is what will show up on your credit card statement They do say somewhere on the site that orders may take 8-15 business days but I am well beyond this and apparently I am not the only person who received nothing Email auto-response stating they will get back to you in 48-72 hours never resulted in any further reply AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I have the exact same experience It s been almost 2weeks from purchase no tracking info and no response from info medical-secure to respond to my emails I reported BBB and credit card company Also will file a formal complaints with the BBB

I ordered face masks from this company on February 26th goods have not arrived according to their tracking they were sent by China Post I have emailed them several times but they don t reply

I got scammed like everyone else Ordered masks on Feb 27 supposedly coming from Florida and to be received within 2 weeks Received shipping notice on March 3 with a tracking number which showed dispatch by China Post There has not been a further update and as of April 11 I have not received the goods An email to the company was not answered Even if shipping was from China the package should have arrived weeks ago Do not order from this company or its successor They are dishonest scammers

I too have been waiting since the 3rd March for a delivery I received a dispatch and tracking confirmation complete with tracking number However it looks like China Post never received the items The register the tracking number as soon as they are notified to carry It does not mean they have the items in their system I have repeatedly emailed the seller and had replies but only that the package is at the postal center My last email was cc d to the following addresses GB at mofcom gov cnpolitical uk at mfa gov cnI suggest others do the same If we cannot stop them scamming customers perhaps the Chinese Government can
