If I can give less than one star I would have done it I guess all reviews below are fake reviews Honestly I am advising everyone not to join this book keeper and the ones whom already joined I would recommend a professional accountant to go through all your book keeping and your moms statement Why I am saying that Answer below Delaying all the timeNot organized Wrong calculations Bad attitude from the accountant not from the customer serviceThey are not precise Bad appA lot of mistakes I am working in hospitality administration 23 years in 4 different European countries I have never seen bad quality work as meneto This is the first comment for me on trustpilot and I wouldn t have done it if their service 50 good

Overall 4 starsKind team does their best to help w any issue you might encounter the program is smooth and every reminder or action needed is showed on the front page when you sign inOnly negative is a few times when I ve called in for help they need to give the case to someone else in the team which is fine but the email response from this team member is sometimes slowOften I get reply same day or day after but have experienced no return email until I talked w them on the phoneStil very much recommend for easy basic accounting
