Excellent service

I got my iPhone X display replaced on warranty and my experience with Mentech was excellent I received friendly and concise status updates on SMS and call throughout the entire process Within 10 days I picked up my repaired iPhone I can only highly recommend Mentech

Repair of Samsung cellphone

I had two repairs done on my cellphone at Mentech and I had different experience First was pretty bad as phone was returned to me in the almost same condition I have given it for repairs my concerns were not addressed Second time I was dealing with Erik - Junior Samsung technician and service was brilliant All problems with the phone were resolved and the most important - I was kept informed and advised of every step of the repair process Erik explained to me what he was doing and what components he was replacing I was very pleased with the approach I can highly recommend Erik as technician

Here by I m sitting and writing on my phone that has just been fixed at Techmen At first I admit that I have been a bit skeptic about the company because it was the first time I would use their services But father I ve got it back 2-3hours latter I ve understood their quality of service Thank you so much Techmen for the great job and thank you Cristoffer for fixing my phone Being constantly updated with the status of the process was a great thing for me Lovely and kind team I would live to recommend you guys to everyone I know Team Techmen Odense is the best

Motorola one vision

The speaker of the Motorola one vision has failed After a service approval from Motorola I was allowed to send the device to Mentech under warranty The device was picked up by DHL at the front door analyzed by Mentech the required unusual spare part ordered and installed shortly thereafter Always top informed what happens by email SMS Less than 10 working days DHL returned the device to me in perfect condition That with a service Switzerland - Denmark At a local service center I last waited 4 weeks for a battery replacement Keep it up Mentech and with pleasure again Greetings from Switzerland

Great fast and professional help with computer problems

While I was in Denmark unfortunatly my laptop got infected with a virus I looked up computer service and found Computerplanet on google I delivered it for repair and explained them it was urgent to have it fixed as soon as possible They were very helpfull and told me they would prioritize it A couple of hours later i got a call and they had my computer fixed Greetings from The Netherlands

Dreamteam service Fast track preparing fast track fixing and friendly staff when picking up They received the case Thursday afternoon and calld friday to tell it was fixed so I could get the watch back before weekend - excellent
