I had problem with my macbook and my technician Martin was amazing in his way of customer service I was amazed He informed me about what is happening with my case and answered all my questions and furthermore he fixed my computer 100 satisfaction

Fixed display

I had problem with the coating of the display on MacBook Pro 13 inch Retina I brought it to them they checked it and immediately confirmed that there was a problem and that they can fix it the same day They took the Mac and called me back after 1 hour to tell me that the display was changed All of that free of charge Awesome support Highly recommended

I had broken the screen of my mobile phone and I wanted to have it fixed I approached Mentech help-desk online and I got an almost instant reply from Mathias a Samsung Technician Trainee in Vejle He kept me informed about the status of my order at all times On the previously agreed upon day the screen of my phone was replaced I am particularly happy about the frequent and precise updates I received from Mathias the kind and professional service rendered I would highly recommend it to anybody who seeks reliable and professional repair service

I had my phone serviced by Mentech this week I was VERY impressed with the service quality I was told through my insurance that I should go there I expected the process to be long and annoying and where I would have to call and check up on things Instead it was very seamless and I got texts and emails throughout the whole process Also the turn around was amazingly quick - within 24 hours Great job I recommend them to everyone

Great service for a fair price

Jonathan from Mentech helped me backup my computer which was no longer working He was super helpful very good at communicating his progress especially as I was stressed that I had lost all my data Most importantly he fixed the problem and made sure I could access my information again Great service

I have experienced some issues with my

I have experienced some issues with my screen on my late 2016 Macbook pro Took my macbook to Mentech Odense and they serviced the screen for free In addition to this they also found an error in the battery and keyboard which I did know about but did not want fixed because it was not under warranty Somehow they fixed it all and gave my macbook a new battery a new case and a new screen and got Apple to cover the whole amount 5 5 very nice will use again

Exceptional ServiceDead screen now what - I called the Mentech s Odense office at 9 00 handed in the computer at 10 00 The computer needed a new display which was exchanged by 11 30 Poul informed me that the repair was covered by Apple warranty hence no cost for me What more can you ask for as customer I highly recommend the Odense office of Mentech A S
