Fast and reliable service

I recently took my computer to Mentech in Odense and they sent it to the Glostrup department since they were very busy Despite the COVID-19 outbreak and limited resources my computer was fixed Usama Ahmad is the name of the technician that took care of my case I can say the communication with him was really great with regular updates and excellent customer care If you get him to get your case then you are very lucky

Highly recommended

Great service and very good customer experience I visited Mentech Glostrup and was very happy with all the service-minded people I met there all the way from the registration to the technician that looked into my case Not least the phone and email communication with the customer service was very helpful professional and speedy Keep up with the good job

Helpful and kind

I came with my mac because it was acting bit weird and I got lucky cos the great people were so generous to take a look on the ventilators and clean it to see if it helps For free Just because they had bit of spare time My Danish is not too great and it was nice to communicate in English with no problem

Fantastic service from Mentech Vejle

Fantastic service from Mentech Vejle and Tobias L in particular My camera was broken fabric deffect It was supposed to be changed but during repair some issues arised and I received a new phone replacement Great job from Tobias who kept me up-to-date all the time and handled this case with top professionalism Keep up the good work

Top class service

Fantastic service I come from Ireland where customer service is a very high priority but I got to say this is by far the best experience I ve had I dealt with Tobias L from Mentech Vejle and the guy is fantastic Goes out of his way to really help his customers even outside of work hours Really genuine guy who wants the best for his clients Replies quickly and is clear in his messages and process of repairs etc Couldn t recommend enough

Super fast and super helpful

Ronny senior ACMT and all the staff at Mentech have been super nice and fast dealing with the reparation of my computer They ordered the new pieces to replace and mounted them very quickly and I got my computer back the day after They kept me updated with all the stages of the process and I really appreciated that Super good job guys

Best service

It s the first time I ve experienced such a great Apple service They ve done the repair with the time to order the part from apple in 24h keeping me updated since the start - both via SMS and emails It s unbelievably good - if you have any problems with your device just take it there

Excellence at its best You will be treated very well very accurate service communication i am so happy i ve got to see a company that values customer and that the employees have a satisfaction for their work There is gold leadership in this company and I can t emphasise enough how important their way of treating me was more than solving my case which went flawless from the beginning to end I recommend this place 5 5

Impressive focus on costumer satisfaction

I have been sceptical that bad experience can be turned into a good one But their eagerness to provide high level of satisfaction by acknowledging and addressing their mistakes proved opposite Human by nature are doomed to do mistakes but it requires a lot of motivation and qualification to fix it Great job

Super friendly professional and fast service

Super friendly professional and fast service I had an issue with screen on my Mac and I submitted it for repair to Mentech in Vejle I got my laptop back looking brand new just 4 working days after handing it in I would like to say big thank you to Martin not only for updating me via sms while they had my computer in for repair but also for being so nice friendly
