Due to some confusion between my insurance and mentech the first repair did not resolve the complete issue and I had to send my device in for a second round After which the issue was completely resolved Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5GInsurance covered everything externally screen etc Warranty covered the internals swap mobo daughterboard etc Cell signal constantly dropped to Airplane mode even after resetting the device

I asked Viktor Winther to get the chance to mention how thankful I am for the service he has performed on my mobil Motorola and the way he has carrried the entire process At the beginning I saw the professionalism that Viktor has but the point that makes the difference is his human quality which makes the whole customer service an excellent experience Thanks Viktor and Mentech

I had a lot of issue with my newly bought Samsung but thanks to the Advanced technician Phuong from Mentech Aarhus the stress and annoyance have been cleared away I appreciated Phuong for his service-minded approach explanations along the way and comforting messages He deserves a raise The reparation went pretty fast and communication with the rest of the staff was crystal clear
