The product was not what I expected When asking for a refund they made me pay 26 of shipping costs which I thought they would asume the product s price was 28 They never paid for the costs so I absolutely lost my money and my time

Reality of Meri Meri s products customer service is deeply disappointing

Everything I ever order from Meri Meri is so much less enticing than it looks online I bought some items in their recent sale the website s photos make items look bright and cheerful yet the cupcake kit I ordered was very dreary Website suggested crackers were two for the price of one - I only got one packet One item was missing - the one I most wanted - then I discover an email the same day of delivery telling me it was out of stock The order was sent to the wrong a d so as soon as I spotted the error minutes after placing the order I emailed to ask for it to be corrected I received confirmation it would be sent to the correct a d but it wasn t meaning I had to drive a round trip of 1 1 2 hours to collect it The company has a culture of unhelpfulness and I won t order from them again despite having kept the faith for 2 or more years Hugely disappointing

How is this business still running

After your response may I add that when I placed the order in the first place - the order was delayed by you and I had to chase and chase - then I was told the fhad been cancelled- and I had a birthday party the very next day Which you then shipped the goods- which OBVIOUSLYwould not be needed if the party was finished Then I sent the goods that weren t needed BACK TO YOU- and then again there was a HUGE Delay in my refund- once I again I had to chase The 20 discount is futile as I can not trust your shop to order in the future

Dreadful customer service

I placed an order on a Friday delivery time says 3-5 working days Their tracking link never worked Then they get back to me and say the order was returned back to them I needed the party supplies by the following Saturday No apologies just cancelled the order No customer service no human touch at all Just a typical money grabbing business

Scam you subscribe to get 15 discount but you never receive discount but spam emails

Total disappointment and what a let down

I ordered party items for my daughters party - in good time - so no reasons for not receiving my order Money was taken and the order confirmed - however when my delivery did not turn up as promised - two days before the party - I was told that there had been a mistake in despatch and my order had gone to the wrong customer Okay mistakes happen - so I asked when I could have my order - sincere apologies from Kaylee in customer support - she will organise a new order - which will be guaranteed to be here within 24 hours - delivered by DPD Next day - time is late afternoon - party following day - and no delivery I ring Kaylee - customer service - to be told that there is an issue - then went on to blame DPDI then received 6 texts from DPD saying that they had changed my address as requested and my delivery would be made on Monday 04th November - aaagh - the party is on 02nd November I ring Kaylee again - to try and get an understanding of all that is going on - all I wanted was the order I had paid for Eventually Kaylee rings back to say that DPD will deliver the following day - the day of the party - BUT she could not guarantee the delivery would happenEnough is enough - I requested an immediate refund so I can go and find something - last minute and not as pretty - elsewhere I am not allowed a refund until my cancelled order arrives from DPD back at their warehouse Not only did they lose my order - twice - but they completely let me down for my daughter s birthday and now delaying my refund Such a disappointing experience with a company that appears to have such lovely and different products
