Will not give me my money back Attempted to deposit using a method previously used When asked for documentation I sent them exactly what was requested yet when I requested a refund the response time changed from 6 minutes to over a day

Dear Metatrader4 I am following up my withdrawal request since 12th August 2020 and till date not progressed despite all my communications Please assist as all my communications met with negligence till date When I was injected money in the platform it was reflecting in less than 24 hours and now when I request a withdrawal it is left in Leveraqe limited for more than two month without action I was dealing with the platform and company based on trust and what I am receiving in return when I request the withdrawal is the damage of waiting and not replying my communications Please let me know the appropriate address to contact to progress my request Looking forward to hear from you Thanks Hani Al Khouly

Mobile app is working on my last nerves now

1 I tried opening a position and the app just gave note that because there was no connection the position could not be opened So i fugured that i would try again to open one My second atempt succeeded When i opend my portfolio i saw there were two positions opened at the exact same time How can i open two different positions at the exact same time Quickly closed one in profit and emailed my accountmanager He didn t understand because of the fact that he is a broker not related to the appmanufacturer 2 I tried closing a position in profit and suddenly the app noted there was an error and i couldn t close I did it thru my brokers website and i could finally close it The trade was going against me so i experienced a loss I am really getting doubts about the maker s intentions So many bad reviews and still no changes
