Had issues initially activating

Had issues initially activating software with given passkey I received a new one from Microsoft Store and that worked That is why you get 4 stars instead of 5 Everything else worked fine

Had difficult time installing

Had difficult time installing onto Windows 11 machine Got an error message that a problem with 32 vs 64 bit Also had a problem with one credit card and had to use another

I got no prompt to enter the key

I got no prompt to enter the key had already transfered offive 2016 and that might have been the problem couple days later opened and got a prompt and it worked used the original key the second key you sent was not used

I had a hard time getting it installed

I had a hard time getting it installed After several tries I went back to the chat and they gave me more detailed instructions After following the links she gave me and following all the instructions she gave I was finally able to get it all installed and working after about 3 hours It is now working as far as I can tell so far

First activation code sent did not

First activation code sent did not work Their phone number listed on website does not get answered The phone number listd on the credit card transaction is not in service I was spooked that this was a scam However mt faith was restored when their Char gace me a different code to try to activate and it worked Not sure what was going on but I have Offgice and it works at a very good price

Stress the importance of reading the

Stress the importance of reading the tutorial And when your site said instant download it should be instant not where u have to download windows 10 to get to the pro version After reading the tutorial it was OK Maybe place the tutorial in the first position then the download button to the right

Ease of Installation

Once I selected the product I wanted it was easy for me to follow the instructions for download I appreciated being able to have the program completely installed in the short time involved

Three out of four applications

Three out of four applications installed and registered correctly One application runs but prompts for activation When I attempt to register over internet it fails When i call in to register I m on the phone for 45 minutes then i just hung up

Frustrating Start Great Ending

Three assistants yesterday had no idea how to resolve my problem for the entire morning hence the 4 stars However the assistant today resolved my problem in less than 10 minutes Thank you who ever you are

Instant download windows 10

I purchase the instant download of Windows 10 home edition I have tried multiple times to download it I have been in contact with customer service and they have replied every time with a different way to try and download it I don t think it is going to work I think my computer may be too old Customer service has been extremely helpful and very quick with responses
