Thank you for credit back for product just confused why Microsoft said office 2016 works with window 7 The only answer is product was not office 2016 but 365 But i was credited back according to email that is why three stars

WORD mishap

I purchased Office Pro 2021 to replace 365 already on my refurbished pc 365 kept bothering me with junk i do not use or need I need e-mail and word Thats it thats all i want or need I stayed up last night and used the new Word for the 1st time and wrote one of the best letters to the editor ever So when I went to SAVE it and it vanished I was crushed The text flowed made sense was humorous and biting I can remember some of the phrases I used but that magic moment is gone Did Microsoft store sell me a lemon I already uninstalled 365 edge office that came with the new pc tower so I attempt to reinstall the version I bought a couple of days ago Im thinking MS is for people that work in an OFFICE Ill be looking towards MAC for my next purchase

Great for individuals a little more difficult for businesses

The price was great and purchasing was easy Trying to send the keys to download to another location is a little confusing I sent an email yesterday for some help and have not heard back It would be a 5 star if it was more business friendly

Help is available

When I initially installed office it said the activation key was invalid I contacted the help via email and they sent me a new key which worked

First purchase with them Was leary when I found out the listed phone number is out of service I did not get a Product Key that Word and Excel are asking for in order to avoid having to pay Microsoft for Win 365 and Office

I don t like doing things online or on the cloud I prefer my own backup and to work from my computer I preferred it the old way when you bought a program installed it on your computer without interference from the outside

The product sold to me was not the product I purchased I purchased Microsoft Office Home Student 2021 but was sold Office Pro 2021 instead It has productivity features I do not need and I was not happy to receive this However I was able to download and install with online help from Microsoft Chat which was great

I was not expecting to lose all of my files especially pictures Very disappointing heartbreaking really I had updates OS as far back as DOS 3 though window 3 1 up until now and not had this happen
