replacement key of an old one that should have worked but DID NOT

easy fix for office 16 that I purchased a few years ago and Microsoft gave me a hassle to register it on my new computer that replaced my old Lenovo ThinkPad Should have been an easy transfer but this was the easy way to resubmit a new key Shame on you Microsoft

The product purchased was 2021 MS Office Professional Plus - No MS Access provided

The product was purchased and downloaded and installed right away The product shows MS office professional with included MS Access Access was not provided and I contacted customer support right away to have this added as originally promised This survey is the first I have heard back from anyone from the Microsoft store

You sold me Windows 10 download with a key and it does not download or work on my computer so i can not install it i have tired everything and been up for hours and it is not working it says something went wrong and it can not download on my computer which is Windows 7 So i need a full refund

Uninstalling installing a problem

Instructions did not assist very well with uninstalling prior Microsoft product I had to email for further instructions which I received late in the day Installing the new product took a long time and then there was no popup to assist with executing the file I had to search for the file to continue loading this product Next time I will purchase in a store

I found the process of signing on very complicated I got he feeling some big secret had to be protected I must have entered four or more passwords none of which worked Finally I don t really know how I completed the task Do the people who write these web sites ever give them to family members to complete They might find the results surprising

The instructions were very hard to follow on the download install and did not match my computer I understand this is difficult but with all the resources around Microsoft and its products it is reasonable to expect better

Office 2019

I did not want to pay the full price for office on my new computer On your store I found Office 2019 listed and bought it I could never make it work so I contacted you and told the person who replied that I wanted to cancel the order and was going to buy the newer Office He went to lengths telling me what I needed to do to make the 2019 version work none of which helped I finally deleted the program

I did not receive the full download and I needed more instructions on how to setup the MS Office 2021 I recently upgraded to MS 10 OS and not sure if I need to uninstall the MS 365 app in order to install the Office 2021

Office programs appear to have downloaded however I couldn t access them New outlet system purchased online from Dell wouldn t allow change of default programs connected to files Of course I had concern about your posing as Microsoft Store though am reconciled to our living in a fake world

In July I was setting up a new computer

In July I was setting up a new computer and purchased Microsoft Office 2021 from Microsoft Store I downloaded it and installed it and it seemed to be working OK Several weeks later when I went to use it and was asked for the Serial key which I entered from the receipt I received When I entered the Serial key I received a message that the key was invalid I have again download the software ans ask for the key get the same message I an frustrated and find Microsoft very confusing
