Site is Legit Download long lengthy and you need the provided tool but it s worth it

Microsoft Store didnt make it clear to me that I needed to use the tool but I m not computer savvy and WIN 10 did not network my coworkers computer We had to research and trial and error the connection The download itself took 7 hours Despite this the download was smooth and affordable

Microsoft caused the problem that made Microsoftkeys necessary

Microsoftkeys worked fine to deliver Office 2016 and make it work What I do not like is that MS caused the problem that made the upgrade from MS Office 2013 necessary I transferred 2013 from an old computer to a new computer I had the purchase code to register the SW This apparently exceeded the number of transfers and would not allow 2013 to work MS also made it very difficult to transfer 2013 because MS Office 365 interfered with the 2013 download and required special cleanup SW to eliminate Office 365 from the new computer after I tried to uninstall 365

Team of Lenovo is excellent and very

Team of Lenovo is excellent and very helpful but when we got product the stand for the desktop was wrong in the box and took 3 times to get right stand Actual desktop working great so no complains but the hassle for the stand took one 3 business days to fix the problem

Yesterday

Yesterday worked on installing Instructions to install is a little problem First time did not work I have to try a few times Today upon rebooting the computer message says window not activated Reenter the product key it worked now I am not sure for booting tomorrow Will the window not activated again

Web site is easy to navigate Items available for purchase easy to identify and understand the detail Purchase is streamlined Download was fast and information clear Only thing that didn t work is not receiving an email with the links to the download which in my case want a problem as I download the software before closing the website

I received acknowledgement message

I received message via Linux Mint desktop However the associated help was of little valuein that the computer running Win 7 then upgradedto Win 10 and now being upgraded via the providedimage needed to have the iso image on a DVDin order to update install iso images

It would have been a very good If

It would have been a very good experiance if there instelation instruction wher much better As a 40yr vet of coding and the PC from day one I was un aware of the method used to create the install media so I wasted way to much time getting going Once I understood the simple method all was well Please update your install instructions for a total dummy and include a Fresh Install Not just upgrades

Windows 10 upgraded by myself

The installation did not go as well as expected however I have received a fix program to bypass the first error Then I had to search on internet to obtain more tips to finally upgrade to Windows 10 I would have appreciated those be included with the instruction package I would have save time and efforts two days The chat was usefull

Instructions incomplete Software excellent

When I figured my way around some problems it loaded the Windows Pro perfectly Cleaned up computer and kept all my software intact Neither the Windows 10 updater or the Media creator would run on my Windows 7 Pro SP1 Tried adjusting properties but to no avail Took the Media Creator file on another windows 10 computer and created Windows 10 image and exe on usb storage Media ran great and updated my Windows 7 perfect Would recommend this digital copy of Windows 10 Pro but don t mess around and use Media creator off the batt on whatever computer will run it
