Less than desirable customer service

Less than desirable customer service to say the least I thought I had paid extra to have the hard pages as my son is autistic and he doesn t like paper pages Well well The book arrives and turns out they sent me the paper one I tried to get in touch with them and there s no live chat no phone number only a f -you type of message saying to leave your name and email so they can contact you 2 days and still no contact Only after I posted here they finally contacted me back explaining that the product I had purchased only had a hard cover and not hard pages like I had understood So after all it was my mistake but still their customer service was awful considering the price we are paying for their books I can believe I had to resort to a complaint platform so I could finally get their attention Ps this complaint is already edited taking in consideration the final outcome of the situation
