I brought a 1000 e-bike doesn t work

I brought a 1000 e-bike doesn t work and can t get milar to repair it It s a bearing problem im in my 70s been advised by my doctor because of my high blood pressure to take it a bit easier so thought e-bike was a good idea there not taking responsibility for a new bike but took my money wish i could get some help with this

Guarantee is a joke

We have always bought electrical goods from Milar including Air con Not anymore We got a Bosch hoover 7 months old it stopped working It was still under guarantee They told us to take it to their shop and they would send it away All good at that point We got a text to say we have to pay for the repair It was hardly used as I still have my henry I have always recommended them to friends but not anymore Bye bye Milar

Last time we buy from them

Have purchased several items in the past without issue This last tiem however everything has changed No communication been over a week without an oven Chasing and no-one seems to know anything Could and should have bought it on Amazon but thought the 2 year guarantee was worth it Not with this communication it is worthless Last time with Milar

Saw a Indesit washing machine online Went into the local store the assistant went on the interactive screen and said they don t sell indesit Had to show her THEIR website and all the details Two assistants in store but she will have to speak with her boss about it tomorrow Don t bother you obviously don t want to he business or know what brands your company sells

Ordered domestic appliances they didn t deliver delivery company put up one excuse after the other result I still have no appliances and forced to pay again to buy somewhere else whilst awaiting refund if and when

Everything went wrong front the start Delivery instructions were not followed because their terms and conditions and I couldn t cancel my order Ok fair enough Then the washing machine got lost and the delivery company didn t say word and no updates in their website for a week Then once delivery bridged their terms and conditions I canceled the order 2 weeks later the delivery company still attempted a delivery 3 weeks later I m still waiting for a refund Worst CS ever No empathy no flexibility no CS
