Had to open a dispute with my credit card company I placed two orders and cancelled one minutes after the order I can evidence the order and cancellation times via screenshots emails HOWEVER the merchant decided to keep the money for both transactions and has been promising to refund me since 27th January Today is 13th February and still no sign of the refund

I recently purchased a 250 bag from MilleBags It showed the purse on their website as a light blue color but when I got it it was more gray They would not let me return it because I live in the US Do not buy from them unless you live in the UK Very disappointing Now I m stuck with a purse I will not use because I dislike the color so much

BUYER BEWARE ALL ITEMS SHIPPED TO US ARE FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED I purchased two hand bags from this vendor and I am hugely disappointed I purchased the Grace bag in taupe and the Harper in black The Grace bag is much darker than the picture and is just ok The leather is not of high quality The Harper bag was described as Suede and it s canvas trimmed in leather This bag was ridiculously upcharged and HARDLY worth the price Both items shipped from China and arrived in a crushed box Mille Luxury Bags are neither luxury or worth your money

Bad Quality with plastic smell

I don t often write reviews but I feel a duty other purchasers like me who after instagram post purchase a bag from you to avoid any dismay I am hugely disappointed with the quality of the bag - plasticky smell plasticky feel when you open the box I wanted to give this bag to a good friend who like Hermes style bags as a birthday present This bags are not worth this amount of money It is the most awful purchase of the year I want a refund if you are a good company help me get my money back Direct me how to return this back to you May be I have got this completely wrong but it feels like a rip off
